Mailing from the dedicated IP address of the account

To send outgoing emails from all cPanel accounts on a dedicated IP address, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your WHM (Web Host Manager).
2. Navigate to Service Configuration ➡️ Exim Configuration Manager.
3. Click on the “Domains and IP” tab.
4. Enable the option “Send mail from the account’s IP address”.
5. Click “Save” at the bottom.

Keep in mind that enabling this setting affects all accounts using dedicated IPs on the server. When sending email from a dedicated IP address, you’ll need to modify the PTR (rDNS) record for the dedicated IP to match the account’s domain name. If your DNS server lacks the authority to modify the PTR record, consider reaching out to your hosting provider for assistance.
