To transfer an addon domain to its own cPanel account, follow these steps:

Backup Files and Databases:
- Determine the location of the addon domain’s files and create a backup.
- Backup any databases associated with the addon domain.
- Don’t forget to back up email accounts and forwarders.

Remove the Addon Domain Entry:
- Remove the addon domain entry from the existing cPanel account.

Recreate the Addon Domain as a Standalone cPanel Account:
- In WHM (Web Host Manager), log in as the ‘root’ user.
- Navigate to Home » Transfers » Convert Addon Domain to Account.
- Click the “Convert” button for the domain you want to convert.
